Abstract:
To effectively prevent discharge tubes from melt breakage in feeding steam.
The objective method for the operational control of an equipment for decomposing a CFCs gas as an organohalogen compound comprises the following practice: after converting an argon gas fed into the equipment system to a plasmatic form but before starting feeding steam to be run prior to starting feeding the CFCs gas, a feed of air is started; meanwhile an argon gas feed which has been stopped temporarily after starting feeding the steam is started again prior to starting feeding the CFCs gas, while the feed of air is stopped simultaneously with starting feeding the CFCs gas.
