To provide the equipment capable of continuously performing detoxification treatment of a polluted material by toxic substances with high efficiency at a low running cost.

In this equipment, a high-temp. and high-pressure reaction vessel 12 is provided with an inner wall 16 and an outer wall 18, both of which are used for forming a preheating zone 32, agitation members 24 and a rotor member 26, both of which are placed inside the inner wall, and a reaction zone 30 is formed in the space between the rotor member 26 and the tapered bottom 18a of the outer wall 18. The polluted material by toxic substances is subjected to catalytic reaction with a supercritical fluid while pulverizing the polluted material into fine grains with the rotor member 26 to enable continuous detoxification treatment of the toxic substances.
