Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form an embossed pattern to a sheet main body subjected to mirror surface finish in an unmelted state.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet main body 1 of which both inner and outer surfaces 1a, 1b are subjected to mirror surface finish is passed through cooling drums (b), (b) to be forcibly cooled to a specified surface temp. or lower to be set to an unmelted state and the sheet main body set to the unmelted state is passed through the nip of desired embossing rolls (c), (c) while held to the specified surface temp. or less and an embossed pattern 2 showing a commodity name is formed to the arbitrary place of the outer surface 1b of the sheet main body 1.
