PURPOSE: To enable the title equipment to apply emboss processing to facing of many kinds of composite sheets, by a method wherein after many kinds of molded products have been molded by dividing a width of a metallic thin plate, to which the emboss processing has been applied, bent faces into a box type in a longitudinal direction are sealed by abutting against each other, foam raw materials are discharged, on which a backing material is put and fed to a curing oven.
CONSTITUTION: After patterns have been formed on a coil A of a metallic thin plate continuously by an emboss roll 10 and residual strain has been corrected by a leveller 11, the coil A is fed to a cutting machine 18 and made into a surface material A" in standard length by cutting off into predetermined lengths. The surface material A" is inverted through an inverting part 20, divided into (n) equal parts by a slitter 25 and molded into predetermined forms by respective systems of a molding machine 26. Then the cut end face is bent by a box bending machine 24 and these cut ends (a) are sealed together. Then an unformed mixture P is discharged onto a recessed part of the same through a discharge part 31 and fed to a curing oven 33 by laminating a backing material C on the same. Then the same is made into a composite sheet by reacting and foaming and fed to a packing part 43 by cutting an abutting part of the cut end (a) apart.
