Abstract:
SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus of a fiber sheet aggregation that forms a fiber sheet aggregation 1A by bonding a plurality of fiber sheets 1 collected in a tape shape with a resin. The manufacturing apparatus includes a supply mechanism 5 that supplies the fiber sheets collected in a tape shape with resin, a transport mechanism 4 that transports a large number of fiber sheets supplied from the supply mechanism, and a laser light irradiation mechanism 17 for irradiating a laser light to the large number of fiber sheets transported by the transport mechanism. The supply mechanism is configured to supply the fiber sheets stacked up and down on the transport mechanism in an irregularly arranged state, and the laser light irradiation mechanism forms the fiber sheet aggregation by irradiating and bonding the above-mentioned fiber sheets stacked up and down with laser light.EFFECT: A large amount of fiber sheet aggregation can be produced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
