Abstract:
To obtain compact and inexpensive manufacturing equipment with which seamless steel tubes of from ordinary steel to high alloy steel are manufactured by a manufacturing line for seamless steel tubes using an inclined piercer.
In this equipment layout, the inclined piercer 2 which alone performs several times of piercing and elongating and a sizing machine 3 installed on the downstream side of the piercer are arranged.
