Abstract:

To provide an equipment for measuring the angle of deviation optically in which the angle of deviation can be measured even in a humid or dusty environment with no trouble while eliminating the operation for projecting light to a detector.

In order to measure the angle of deviation of two lines connecting a base point and respective points set on the opposite sides thereof while spaced apart therefrom, a lens 21 for condensing diffused lights from light sources 11, 12, elements 22-1, 22-2 for receiving the condensed lights and detecting the light receiving positions, and reflective prisms 23-1, 23-2 for transmitting the diffused lights from light sources 11, 12 entering into the lens and introducing the lights from light sources 11, 12 being condensed through the lens to respective position detecting elements 22-1, 22-2 are provided. The lens, the elements 22-1, 22-2, and the reflective prisms are contained in an enclosed container 24 provided with a planar transparent plate 25a having uniform thickness. Outer surface of the transparent plate is coated with a water repellent substance so that matters adhering to the outer surface can be removed by a jet flow.
