The solar power generation equipment 20 comprises a large number of solar battery modules 21 having the specified quantity of solar batteries SB thereon. The solar battery modules 21 are disposed so as to cover the water level of the upper water storage reservoir 11 of the hydraulic power generation equipment 10 in the state of being connected to each other.
