The powder treatment equipment includes two powder tanks 11a and 11b consisting of a powder supply tank and a powder storage tank, a crusher 31 crushing a raw powder to smooth the surface of the particles, a powder feeder 21a feeding the raw powder from the powder supply tank 11a to the crusher 31, a collector 41 receiving and collecting the powder crushed by the crusher 31 and a powder storage tank 11b storing the collected powder and is configured in such a way that the powder stored in the powder storage tank 11b can be fed to the crusher 31 through a powder feeder 21b.
