Title:
EQUIPMENT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYISOCYANATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012233004
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a method for producing polyisocyanate by which a reaction liquid can be stably circulated in a circulation line without installing a particular solution sending means, and the stable removal of hydrogen chloride from the reaction liquid can be achieved, and to provide equipment for carrying out the method.

A thermosiphon current circulation part 10 includes: the circulation line 11 which is a closed line; and a heat exchanger 12 and a dehydrochlorination tank 9 which are installed in the midway of the circulation line 11. The thermosiphon current circulation part 10 is connected to the downstream side of an isocyanation tank 2. The reaction liquid is circulated according to thermosiphon in the circulation line 11 by subjecting the heat exchanger 12 to a sample data control by means of a temperature control part 13. Further, on the basis of the liquid level 9a of the dehydrochlorination tank 9 detected by a level meter 22, a control valve 17 is controlled by a level control part 23 such that the liquid level 9a matches the neighborhood of the upper end 12a of a heating surface in the heat exchanger 12.
