Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shape an end part of a molded mat neatly and to avoid lowering of a strength of the molded mat even when a molding speed is high, on the occasion of manufacturing a woody cement molded body or the like which is used for an exterior material, a roof substrate material or others.
SOLUTION: A mat presser equipment 4 having a presser belt 17 running in parallel to a conveyor belt 1 is provided above the conveyor belt 1. On the occasion of manufacturing a woody cement molded body, according to this constitution, an end part of a molded mat 2 can be shaped up neatly by a blade roll 5 and brush rolls 6 and 1, while the upper surface of the molded mat on a conveying plate 3 is pressed down by the presser belt 17.
