Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify monitoring operation by mutually relating plural block diagram pictures obtained by successively thinning apparatuses constituting equipment or its system diagram, measuring the operating state of each apparatus to be the minimum divided unit and sending measured data up to a master apparatus. CONSTITUTION:Each measuring equipment 1 measures the operating state of the equipment 2 and outputs its measured result to a communication control equipment 4 through a communication circuit 3. The equipment 4 outputs the monitoring of the equipment 2 specified by a touch screen to a computer 5. An image data storage device 6 stores the image data of the system diagram of the equipment 2 and block diagrams obtained by successively thinning respective constitutional apparatuses of the system diagram and image specifying data expressing the relation of these images. The computer 5 inputs data indicating the current states of the apparatuses included in the system diagram from the equipment 4, and when the apparatus indicates abnormality, displaying the apparatus in the thinned system diagram with red and modifies the display format to a blinking format, etc.
