EQUIPMENT FOR PRODUCTION OF ELECTROGALVANIZED COLD ROLLED STEEL SHEET HAVING EXCELLENT LUBRICITY

PURPOSE: To make it possible to stably produce an electrogalvanized cold rolled steel sheet having excellent lubricity on an industrial scale by disposing a washing device and an oxidized film forming device for improving the lubricity behind an electrogalvanizing device.
CONSTITUTION: A cold rolled steel strip 1 is passed through a continuous annealing device 2. The steel strip 1 is cleaned and workability, etc., are imparted thereto by recrystallization in the device. The steel strip 1 is then cooled down to a prescribed temp. in a cooler 3 and is passed through a pickling device 4 where the oxide formed by annealing, etc., is removed. The residual pickling liquid is removed from the steel strip 1 by a washing device 5 and thereafter, the steel strip is passed through the elctrogalvanizing device 6. The steel strip subjected to electroplating consisting essentially of zinc at a coating weight of about 0.5 to 100g/m2 in the device is passed through a washing device 7 where the plating liquid, etc., are removed therefrom. The steel strip is then preferably etched with an activation treating device 11, by which the plating layers are activated. Inorg. oxide films are then formed thereon in an acidic film forming device 8 for improving the lubricity. The plated steel sheet is thereafter treated in a drying device 9 and a temper rolling device 10, by which the product is obtd.
