PURPOSE: To efficiently separate and recover the crushed material of only the material to be regenerated and utilized at a low cost with small noise without scattering a crushed fragment in the circumference.

CONSTITUTION: An equipment for regenerating and treating resources is constituted of a charging tank 2, a crushing pump 3 and a recovery device l. A bottle 1 being the material to be regenerated and utilized is introduced into an introduction pipe 8 in the inside of the charging tank 2 filled in with water 6. The bottle 1 is finely crushed by a crushing pump 3 sucking the bottle 1 together with water 6. Only the crushed material 20 of the bottle 1 is separated and recovered in the recovery vessel 21 of a recovery device 4.
