Abstract:
PURPOSE: To uniform the grade of regulated and delivered grain by connecting a grade measuring device on the way of a transfer route from a cyclone and classifying grain into a storage bin on the basis of the measured result.
CONSTITUTION: Grain dried by a dryer 12 is introduced into silos 15a to 15d and stored therein. A grade measuring device 24 described below is connected on the way of a transfer route from the silos 15 to 15d. The grade measuring device 24 receives one part of grain being transferred and measures the grade of grain. Grain is classified into the storage bins 5a to 5d on the basis of the measured result of grain. Grain having nearly uniformed grade is transferred to a delivery regulation stage. In such a way, the necessary grain selected from the distributed grain is delivered and regulated and then supplied to a market.
