To enable easy and quick repair of a branch tube and also to enable prevention of leakage of a fluid pressure at the time of inversion of a lining material and, moreover, precise and economical attainment of the repair.

A support tube 15 having a takeout opening 11 for inverting a flanged tubular lining material 7 and taking it out is provided. A fluid chamber tube 16 so swelling under a fluid pressure as to press a flange part 51 of the tubular lining material 7 against the peripheral edge part 53 of an outlet of a branch tube and to put them in a state of close contact is provided in the outer periphery of the support tube, and a driving actuator 22 is provided in the inner periphery of the support tube 15. The driving actuator 22 has an operating shaft and a driving shaft 29. The operating shaft is fixed to a main tube by a setting cylinder and the driving actuator 22 is moved forward and backward in the axial direction, while the driving shaft 29 thereof is rotated. Thereby the support tube 15 is given forward and backward motions and rotation to be positioned so that the takeout opening 11 may correspond to the outlet 13 of the branch tube.
