To provide a corpse treatment instrument which permits the work of sealing a corpse's anus to be efficiently, easily, accurately and hygienically carried out and can surely prevent body fluids from leaking out.
The anus sealing equipment includes a blocking member 40 sealing the anus K prepared in a diametrally shrunk state. When the blocking member reaches a portion of the anus (rectum) in which the inside diameter is widened, binding by the inside diameter is loosened, makes the blocking member 40 expand diametrally outward, cover and block the tip side of the rectum (or the inner side of the anus). The anus sealing equipment has a blocking body to prevent body fluids from leaking from the rectum. The blocking body 40 is diametrally shrunk and is restrained from expanding diametrally. When passing through the anus, the blocking body moves while remaining in the shrunk state. When reaching the rectum on the inner side of the anus and expanding the inside diameter of a body cavity, the blocking body can diametrally expand.
