Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for slag conveyance of water-spray cooling type in which molten slag discharged from a melting furnace can be sufficiently cooled.
SOLUTION: The equipment for slag conveyance is provided with the slag conveyor 5 provided with a plurality of molds 4 for receiving molten slag 3. The slag 3 discharged from an ash melting furnace 1 is poured into the molds 4, and is cooled under conveyance. A spray means 7 is provided for spraying cooling water 6 to the surface of molten slag 3 carried by the conveyor 5 and also to the bottom faces 4a of the molds 4.
