Abstract:

PURPOSE: To clamp tires piled in their raised attitude in parallel in a tire rack and take out the same by inserting the clamp arms of a clamp device in both side areas of tire columns in the tire rack.

CONSTITUTION: The tire take-out equipment comprises a rack set station A for fixing a tire rack R where tires are piled in the raised attitude in parallel, a clamp device 30 which includes a pair of clamp arms 39, 39 in front in the direction intersecting perpendicularly to the parallel direction of the tires in the tire rack R of the rack set station A and can move forward and backward toard the tirerack, and a tire take-out device B adapted to clamp the tire columns placed in parallel on receiving shelf of the tire rack by both clamp arms and take out the same. Further, there is provided a pressing means C for conducting the advancing operation of pressing tire columns placed on the receiving shelf of the tire rack from both sides and compressing the same on both sides in the parallel direction of tires of the tire rack R in the rack set station A.
