PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device with an adjustment bolt capable of preventing illegal extraction of a cover for preventing alteration of an adjustment position of the adjustment bolt.SOLUTION: In a device with an adjustment bolt including a bolt attachment wall 2, an adjustment bolt 3 screwed on a female screw hole 1 of the bolt attachment wall 2, a lock nut 4 screwed on the adjustment bolt 3, a cover 5 surrounding the adjustment bolt 3 and the lock nut 4, and a locking portion 6 for locking the cover 5 to the lock nut 4, the locking portion 6 is composed of an inner peripheral groove 11 of the cover 5 in which a C-shaped retaining ring 10 can be internally fitted, and an outer peripheral groove 7 of the lock nut 4 in which the retaining ring 10 can be externally fitted, and the outer peripheral groove 7 is composed of a first groove portion 8 having a large-diameter groove bottom for restricting separation due to diameter reduction, of the retaining ring 10 fitted to the inner peripheral groove 11, and a second groove portion 9 formed continuously from the first groove portion 8 and having a small-diameter groove bottom for permitting separation due to diameter reduction, of the retaining ring 10 fitted to the inner peripheral groove 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
