To inform information regarding the growth of a user by means of a calculating means that detects a dimension position from the floor and calculates predetermined information from the measurement result.
A dimension position detecting means mounted on a jack or a rail measures the height position of a toilet bowl, and a lower limb length dimension is estimated and calculated on the basis of the result. A user is informed of height position information measured by the dimension position detecting means of the toilet bowl by means of an informing means arranged in a control means. The user operates the elevating and descending means on the basis of the informed position information to move the toilet bowl to an optimal position and estimates and calculates the lower limb length dimension.
