To provide an equipotential bonding metal fitting which has versatility and is easy to use.
The equipotential bonding metal fitting is composed of the first and second catching plates 1 and 2 in a pair, which are provided with engaging grooves 7 and 9 for a reinforcing rod m in the longitudinal intermediates of facing planes that face each other and are fastened to each other with the first and second paired fastening bolts 3 and 3' arranged via the engaging grooves 7 and 9. Moreover, it is provided with first and second cylindrical wrapping pieces 10 and 10' by turning down both longitudinal ends of the second catching plate 2 to the opposite side of the opposite plane, and the first catching plate 1 is provided with an insertion through-hole 8 for the first fastening bolt 3 which is screwed into the first nut material 13 engaged rotatably with the first wrapping piece 10, and an engaging notch 5 for the second fastening bolt 3'. Then, the engaging notch 5 is arranged in conformity with a slot 14 which is long in the circumferential direction of the second nut material 13' provided in the second wrapping piece 10'. A through-hole 15 for the connecting bolt 16 of the crimp terminal 4a of a lead wire 4 is provided on at least one side of this engaging notch 5.
