Abstract:
PURPOSE:To erase data bases easily and surely by erasing a corresponding data base when it is detected that parts where materials to be worked are not mounted or materials to be worked on a line do not exist and erasing data bases with a periodical garbage processing. CONSTITUTION:An erase control circuit 8 is started not only by a start command 7 issued from a carrying crane 6 but also when working of materials is abandoned on the way of the line. The started circuit 8 checks whether an object rolling lot is moved to a charging dock 3 completely or not and whether materials of the object rolling lot exist on the line yet or not. If the object rolling lot is moved to the dock completely and rolling lot data does not exist on the line, indication information 1 of the corresponding rolling lot is erased. Further, the garbage processing is executed as a backup logic of the circuit 8. That is, the circuit 8 is started unconditionally periodically for the first rolling lot of indication information. Thus, the information 1 is erased after the execution of the garbage processing even if the erasing timing is missed to allow information 1 remain.
