To provide an erasing composition for an eraser of the mark written with a ball-point pen to beautifully erase the mark leaving inconspicuous erased result having good impression in contrast with conventional erasing method with a correction pen to leave conspicuous erased mark and give bad impression in the case of correcting several parts and troublesome for writing on the rough surface of the corrected part in spite of the convenience for overwriting.
Nonionic surfactants of alkyl allyl ether type, alkyl ether type, alkylamine type, alkyl ester type and polycyclic phenyl ether type and anionic surfactants of sulfonic acid type and sulfuric acid ester type are easily soluble in water, alcohol, ester, ketone, aromatic solvent and organic solvent. A mark written with a ball point pen ink is erased by using a solution obtained by dissolving the above surfactant in a solvent to a concentration of ≥1% in combination with a chlorine-based solvent. Concretely, a solution of sodium hypochlorite is used as the 1st liquid and then an erasing liquid composition for a pressure-sensitive paper is used as the 2nd liquid.
