Title:
ERECTION METHOD OF PERMANENT SUB-SUBSTRUCTURAL COLUMN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011220009
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an erection method of permanent sub-substructural column, in which a prefabricated pile is used at a part to be a foundation pile to shorten a construction period, an inexpensive H-steel can be used as a permanent sub-substructural column connected to the foundation pile, and the prefabricated pile and the permanent sub-substructural column are integrally erected, thus making the precision of permanent sub-substructural column erection as well as a frame and fixture therefor unnecessary.

A permanent sub-substructural column 10 made of H-steel is joined to an end of a prefabricated pile 8, and the outside of the permanent sub-substructural column 10 is covered with a steel pipe for embedding the pile as pincers 16. After an integrated pile consisting of the prefabricated pile 8, the permanent sub-substructural column 10 and the pincers has been hung down into a pile hole, the part of the pincers 16 is pulled down, thereby embedding the pile.
