A lower piece 11 is detachably bolted to an upper end of a lower column 1, an upper piece 12 is detachably bolted to a lower end of an upper column 2, and the lower and upper pieces are linked together via a splice plate 13, to thereby temporarily couple the lower column and the upper column to each other. An upper end of the lower piece is protruded more upward than the upper end of the lower column, or a lower end of the upper piece is protruded more downward than the lower end of the upper column, and a guide portion 18 for guiding the lower end of the upper column toward the center of the lower column when the upper column is erected, is formed in the protrusion of the upper piece or the lower piece. Then, an erection adjusting bolt 23 is screwed into one of the upper and lower pieces, and a pedestal portion 17 for supporting the tip of the bolt is formed on the other piece.
