Abstract:
To provide an accessory to live comfortably in both summer and winter.SOLUTION: To efficiently warm or cool a human body temperature, the vicinity of the carotid artery is cooled and heated. A semiconductor cooling/heating element using Peltier effect is used for cooling/heating, and the cooling/heating element is attached to an article to be wound such as a necktie, a muffler, a neckcloth and a collar of a shirt. The cooling/heating element is connected to a battery by a cable, and a radiation fin of aluminum and the like is arranged on a heating side for improving cooling efficiency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
