Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a passenger from slipping and falling down on the upper surfaces of pawls, improve the design of the floor surface of a getting on/off portion and prevent the pawls from being taken out/in caused by pranks.
CONSTITUTION: Anti-skid grooves 41 having same patterns as that of a floor surface 5a are provided on the uppper surfaces of pawls 33, so as to overshadow the pawls 33.
