A height adjusting plate 40 provided between a support angle 28 and a pedestal 2 includes: a first adjusting plate 42 fixed to the support angle 28; and a second adjusting plate 44 that is fixed to the pedestal 2 and is provided on the side of a truss 12 from the first adjusting plate 42.
