Title:
ESCAPE GUIDE METHOD FOR FIRE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04170700
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To guide escaping persons in a safe direction by forming plural guide displays whose arrow directions are mutually different on a wall face or the like opposed to passages of a building and flashing an optimum display at the time of generation of a fire.

CONSTITUTION: Guide displays GL1 to GL4 are fixed to a proper position on a wall face or the like opposed to the passage of a building. Fire detectors 6A to 6C distributively fixed to prescribed positions in the building are connected to a fire alarm 7 arranged on a prescribed position in the building. When the fire detector 6A is positioned in the arrow direction of the display GL2 and detects the fire first, a signal outputted from the detector 6A is processed as the 1st signal by a device 8 and applied to a control circuit 9. The circuit 9 treats the signal of the detector 6A as the 1st signal and flashes the displays GL1, GL3 without flashing the display GL2 to guide escaping persons. Consequently, the escaping persons can be guided in a safe direction.
