This escape member 60 is provided in the nozzle 1 mixing air introduced from openings of outlets of the air in air introduction parts 13 into the water having flowed in from the outflow port 14 of the water to form the bubble-mixed water, and flowing out the bubble-mixed water. The escape member 60 includes escape holes 15 disposed on the downstream side rather than the openings of the outlets of the air in the air introduction parts 13, and flowing out the bubble-mixed water such that the bubble-mixed water tries to flow backward on the upstream side inside the nozzle 1 is made to escape outside the nozzle 1.
