Ester derivatives of NK34896A or NK34896B represented by general formula (1) or general formula (2) (wherein X is a 1-8C straight or branched chain hydrocarbon which may have substituent(s) or 3-8C cyclic aliphatic hydrocarbon which may have substituent(s) (wherein substituent is a 1-6C acyl group, aromatic acyl group, 1-6C alkoxy group, 1-6C acyloxy group, 1-6C alkoxycarbonyl group, aromatic group, 1-6C alkoxy group substituted with aromatic group, hetercyclic group, hydroxyl group, amino group substituted with 1-6C alkyl group or silyl group substituted with 1-6C alkyl group), Y is a 1-4C alkyl group, and when X is methyl group, Y is not ethyl group) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are provided.
