Abstract:
To provide an estimation device that appropriately estimates a change of a property of fuel while being downsized, and an internal combustion engine control device.SOLUTION: An estimation device comprises: a fuel discharge unit arranged in an intake passage extending to an internal combustion engine, and for discharging fuel to be supplied to the internal combustion engine, to the intake passage; an air-fuel ratio detection unit arranged downstream of the fuel discharge unit in the intake passage, and for detecting the air-fuel ratio of an air-fuel mixture in which air in the intake passage and the fuel are mixed; and an estimation unit for estimating a change of a property of the fuel on the basis of the air-fuel ratio detected by the air-fuel ratio detection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
