Abstract:
To provide a high-sensitive immunoassay for estrogens.
This method is a high-sensitivity immunoassay for estrogens, comprising using as the marker a biotinated estradiol derivative of the general formula (1) (wherein, R1 and R2 are such that one of them H, the other being a group of the general formula (2); in the group, R3 is an arginine residue or lysine residue; x is an integer of 0 or 1; y is an integer of 1-5; and z is an integer of 1-3).
