Abstract:
To provide an etching device of a roll-to-roll system that can etch a glass film by safely setting it thereon.SOLUTION: An etching device of a roll-to-roll system 10 at least comprises a plurality of transport rollers 60 and an etching part 16. The plurality of transport rollers 60 are disposed to define a rolling route from a sending part 12 to a rolling part 20. The etching part 16 etches a glass film 50 transported in the rolling route. The etching part has an etching tank 165 and an up-and-down roller 162. The up-and-down roller 162 can define the rolling route and freely moves up/down between the inside and the outside of the etching tank 165.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
