Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing ethanol which improves a recovery rate of heat energy contained in food waste and facilitates treatment of solid contents which are residues generated during treatment.SOLUTION: A method of recovering and manufacturing ethanol and oil is characterized by that mixed waste including garbage from a household, food waste wasted at a distribution level, and waste foodstuffs of school lunch and hospitals are crushed by using a crushing selector, solid contents are removed as residues, and then an enzyme is added at a saccharification device to release waste oil into a saccharified solution, starch is made into glucose to be in a water-soluble state, and a three-phase centrifuge separates the saccharified solution into three phases of oil, a water solution, and the solid content, and only the water solution is supplied to a fermentation process and the oil is recovered.
