PURPOSE: To obtain a copolymer which gives a foam molding having an excellent balance among properties such as stiffness and appearance, a low molding shrinkage. and a uniform cell size.
CONSTITUTION: The copolymer comprises ethylene units and 3-10C α-olefin units, has an MI of 0.1-10g/10min, a density of 910-940kg/m3, a crystallinity at 115°C of 11-26%, and a difference in crystallinity between 113°C and 117°C of 7.0% or lower, and is prepd. pref. by compounding 2-20wt.% polymer component having a density of 933kg/m3 and comprising polyethylene or an ethylene/3-10C α-olefin copolymer, 30-80wt.% ethylene/3-10C α-olefin copolymer having a density of 920-942kg/m3, and 15-55wt.% ethylene/3-10C α-olefin copolymer having a density of 860-922kg/m3.
