Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a new ethylenic compound, excellent in heat resistance and useful as a raw material, etc., for antithrombotic polymeric materials and bound to an arginine derivative.

CONSTITUTION: This compound is expressed by formula I {A is an optional bond; R1 is H or a 1-5C alkyl; R2 is expressed by formula II [R4 is a (substituted)1-6C alkyl, a 2-7C alkoxyalkyl, etc.; R7 is a 1-3C alkylenel, etc.; R3 is expressed by formula III (R7 and R8 each is H, a 1-4C alkoxy, a 1-4C alkylamino, etc.), etc.; (n) is 0 or 1; (m) is 1-10; (l) is 3 or 4), e.g. a compound expressed by formula IV. Furthermore, the compound expressed by formula I is obtained by reacting an arginine derivative expressed by formula V with a compound expressed by formula VI.
