The EV-charge solar plug-in station is constituted of a solarcell module, a solarcell installing means, a charge controlling means and a charging means for charging a battery module and an electric vehicle. The solarcell installing means has a plurality of horizontal arms, and a mounting pedestal to mount the solarcell module and install it on the arm.
