Abstract:
To perform a smooth evacuation guidance to guided persons when an event occurs.SOLUTION: An evacuation guidance system includes: a common server 10; pallets m1-m20 to autonomously travel by communication with the common server 10; an event information server 20; and portable terminals 40a of guided persons 40. The common server 10 changes over a function of the pallets m1-m20 into an evacuation guidance path formation function based on event occurrence information received from the event information server 20. The pallets m1-m20 perform autonomous traveling and form an evacuation guidance path 45 based on map information and event occurrence information received from the common server, and position information of guided persons 40 received from the portable terminals 40a of the guided persons 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
