Abstract:
To provide an evacuation support system and evacuation support method making it possible to concretely image the fact that a disaster is impending, enhance resident's crisis awareness, and prompt the resident to take an evacuation action.SOLUTION: An evacuation support system includes an information management server 1 that manages pieces of situation information on plural possible evacuees and plural shelters, which are registered, within a jurisdictional area in collaboration with a disaster information system that provides disaster information, shelter information terminals 10 that are installed in the respective shelters and communicate with the information management server 1, and support destination terminals that are carried by the respective possible evacuees and communicate with the information management server 1. The information management server 1 registers contact conditions for the respective possible evacuees and requirements for the respective shelters, registers pieces of shelter information concerning the situations of the respective shelters via the shelter information terminals 10, and notifies the support destination terminals of a call for evacuation and the pieces of shelter information on the basis of the disaster information according to the contact conditions and the requirements for the shelters.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
