Abstract:

To enhance efficiency and performance for development of a molecule recognizing substance by taking a technique of combinatorial chemistry in for development of an artificial receptor.

In this evaluating method, a recognized objective compound, a functional monomer and a cross-linker are polymerized to form a thin film comprising a polymer including the recognized compound on an inner face of a vial, then an inside of the vial is washed to remove the recognized compound from the polymer, then a supernatant liquid inside the vial is taken out after a solution of the recognized compound is poured in, an amount of the recognized compound contained in the supernatant liquid is measured, and an amount of the recognized compound combined with the polymer is calculated based on a result measured hereinbefore. An artificial receptor is evaluated by this manner.
