Abstract:
To provide an evaluation device capable of evaluating an environment in which facilities are laid by relative comparison.SOLUTION: An evaluation device includes: a first testing part 11 for performing an image test or a machine test to a first test piece laid under a reference environment for a certain period with an environment in which a first power transmission line is laid as the reference environment; a second testing part 12 for performing the same test as the image test or the same test as the machine test to a second test piece having the same specifications as those of the first test piece laid under an evaluation environment for a period of a length equivalent to a certain period with an environment in which a second power transmission line having identical or different specifications to or from those of the first power transmission line; and an evaluation part 13 for comparing a test result by the first testing part 11 with a test result by the second testing part 12 to perform a relative evaluation regarding the evaluation environment for the reference environment on the basis of the comparison result of the test results.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
