Abstract:
To provide an evaluation method which can grasp a characteristic frequency of a piezoelectric vibrator, a driving method of a transducer which drives the transducer by receiving a drive signal in which the characteristic frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator obtained by the evaluation method is obtained, a signal transmission/reception device which transmits a drive signal to the transducer and receives power generation wave information from the transducer, and a driving system which performs control such that the characteristic frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator becomes the specific vibration frequency.SOLUTION: An evaluation method acquires power generation wave information of a piezoelectric vibrator 235 from the vibration of a vibration film 230 generated by extinguishing an electric field in such a state that the vibration film 230 is displaced after the vibration film 230 is displaced by generating the electric field in the piezoelectric film 210c of the piezoelectric element 210, measures the cycle of the power generation wave on the basis of the power generation wave information, and sets the inverse number of the cycle as the characteristic frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator 235.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
