Abstract:
To easily evaluate a resistance value of a layered structure using an electrode active material.SOLUTION: A method for evaluating an electrode for an electricity storage device evaluates the electrode for an electricity storage device including: an electrode active material of a flaky layered structure having an organic skeleton layer containing an aromatic dicarboxylic acid anion and an alkali metal element layer in which an alkali metal element is coordinated with oxygen contained in a carboxylic acid of the organic skeletal layer to form a skeleton; a conducive material; and a water-soluble polymer. This evaluation method includes the steps of: measuring color difference of a surface of the electrode for an electricity storage device to obtain a lightness L* value in a L*a*b* table color system; and making a determination to evaluate a resistance value of the electrode for an electricity storage device based on the lightness L* value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
