Abstract:
To provide a method for rapidly and conveniently evaluating an endocrine disrupting action of an evaluated material.
The evaluation method of the endocrine disrupting action evaluates the endocrine disrupting action of the evaluated material, and includes a process for bringing the evaluated material into contact with a cell group in which an electrode is disposed, a process for bringing agonist as a comparative material for a hormone receptor into contact with the cell group in which the electrode is disposed, and a process for measuring an electrophysiologic response through the electrode before and after the cell group is brought into contact with the evaluated material, and brought into contact with the comparative material.
