Abstract:
To easily evaluate adhesion properties of subbituminous coal.SOLUTION: Disclosed is an evaluation method for evaluating adhesion properties of the heat transfer tube surface of combustion ash in a pulverized coal boiler in which pulverized coal is used as fuel. In this method, the pulverized coal contains subbituminous coal, the adhesion properties of the heat transfer tube surface are evaluated based on a correlation between a volume before heating of a solid sample of the pulverized coal and a volume after heating of the solid sample.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
