To provide a method and system for evaluating results of judging genotype signals from noise signals when a DNA fragment containing a gene of the object of analysis is amplified by a PCR (polymerase chain reaction) and detected by electrophoresis.
An outlier of genotyping results is detected by utilizing the fact that the height ratio of a stutter peak to a true peak for the same marker and the height ratio of a +A peak to a true peak have reproducibility, respectively and a constant size value can be expected in the case of the same allele of the same marker. Attention is paid to the reproducibility and a waveform data processed with the same marker or the same allele in the past utilizing the database is obtained or the waveform judged to be appropriate not as an outlier is additionally registered to the database to extend the database. Thereby, the evaluation ability is improved.
