Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method which can easily and efficiently evaluate stretch flange performance at secondary press molding.SOLUTION: This evaluation method of stretch flange performance includes: a primary press molding process for obtaining a plurality of primary press moldings which are different in predeformation amounts being a process for primarily press-molding an objective material by using a press processability evaluation device having a specified structure, and forming the primary press moldings having flange parts; a deformation primary press molding process for applying processing for removing a part of a region from the primary press moldings, and obtaining a deformation primary press molding including a flange region; a secondary press molding process for applying secondary press molding for flanging up the flange region of the deformation primary press molding by using the press processability evaluation device, and obtaining a plurality of second press moldings; and a deformation amount measurement process for measuring a plate thickness change amount equivalent to a stretch flange region in the secondary press moldings.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
