Abstract:
To provide an evaluation method for visual shielding property of a partition member, which can appropriately determine a visual shielding property of a subject such as a curtain.SOLUTION: An observation section is disposed in front of a subject part across a partition member and a subject and an observation point P21 are disposed on an observation axis A orthogonal to the partition member in an evaluation method for visual shielding property of the partition member, which evaluates a visual shielding property of the partition member on the basis of a degree of visibility of the subject observed from the observation point P21. Illuminance measured at a position separated forward by 30 cm from the partition member along the observation axis A is set to 200 Lx to 500 Lx. Illuminance measured at a surface of the subject is set to 1,500 Lx to 32,000 Lx by a radiation light radiated from a subject part light source of the subject part toward the subject. An inclination angle of an optical axis L1 of the radiation light from the subject part light source with respect to the observation axis A is set to 0° to 160°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
